Note: this clause banks the right to contact via phone number. It does not by itself authorize SMS/WhatsApp marketing campaigns, which remain subject to separate TRAI Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) sender registration before any such channel can be activated.

Pages visited, match interactions, favorite teams, polls, and engagement activity related to IPL content.

Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. Following account deletion or 12 months of continuous inactivity, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where longer retention is required for legal, regulatory, audit, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Source: Logical Deduction/General Knowledge — this is a conservative, commonly used retention period for Indian consumer apps, not a figure mandated by a specific notified DPDP rule that we have verified against Fanith's exact data categories. Confirm this is workable against actual fraud/dispute-history needs (e.g., affiliate clickout records) before finalizing.
Consent Withdrawl
You may withdraw consent for any processing purpose, including marketing communications, at any time via in-app settings or by emailing support@fanith.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and may limit your ability to use certain features of the platform.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach likely to affect you, we will notify you and the relevant regulatory authority as required under applicable Indian law, within the timeframe prescribed by such law.
